Double-support mechanical non-drive unwinders are convenient, simple, reliable and affordable unwinders for working with any rolled material up to and including 1250 mm wide. Mechanical double-support unwinders are necessarily equipped with a braking device, this is necessary so that the roll does not spin by inertia, and they are also equipped with a device for horizontal movement of the spool with a roll for precise positioning of the tape in relation to the place of entry of the material.

Roll metal unwinders and cantilever unwinders are divided into three types: cantilever mechanical uncoilers, cantilever uncoilers with electromechanical drive CRA and cantilever roll unwinders with hydraulic drive CRG and hydraulic core release. The latter can optionally be equipped with a self-propelled hydraulic lifting trolley GT. Automatic cantilever unwinders have their own gear motor and control cabinet. Automatic cantilever roll unwinders have their own frequency converter, with which you can adjust the rotation speed of the core and the smoothness of the stroke in the "Start" or "Stop" mode. Also, the automatic cantilever unwinders of the KRA and KRG series are equipped with a potentiometric linear sensor responsible for monitoring the tension of the loop and the angle of sagging of the loop.
