Roofing folding machines: FPS1, FPS2, FZM, FZI. The folding rolling tool allows you to make a fold on both sides of the workpiece in one pass. The roll forming equipment for the manufacture of a seam roof has eight pairs of cages with a roll forming tool, which allows you to perform a fold with the highest quality without lateral fractures and ribs. The machine is produced in two versions:
  • FPS 1 – the folding tool is located on movable hubs. If necessary, the transition from one panel width to another is made in a matter of seconds by moving the movable carriage. The drive simultaneously and evenly moves the cassette with the forming tool to the right and left at the required distance.
  • FPS2 is a classic version – the folding tool is fixed on the shafts. To switch to a new size, the tool attachment is unscrewed (loosened), the forming tool is moved on the shaft to the desired distance and fixed again. Seam roofing is usually made of galvanized sheet metal, painted galvanized sheet metal, copper sheets. In the latter two cases, it is highly desirable to apply a laminating coating (protective film) to the seam panel. The protective film will be removed after installation and will allow the panel not to be damaged (scratches, chips, etc.). The design of our machine is equipped with a device for applying a laminating coating.
There are two tool options for closing and settling a double standing seam:
  • Electromechanical folding machine (machine) FZ.
  • Semi-automatic folding tool FZI.
  • Moving along the interface line of the seam panels, they use a special roller tool to settle and close the seam, forming an airtight and durable connection. The electromechanical folding machine has a sturdy aluminum frame and housing and is equipped with five pairs of correctly designed rollers. This is a sufficient amount for gentle precipitation and sealing of the lock, as a result, the lock seam is perfectly smooth, without lateral fractures and ribbing.
