Longitudinal and transverse cutting APR, APPR, etc.

The longitudinal-transverse cutting line is designed for cutting rolls or sheets of: steel, galvanized steel, copper, aluminum, paper, cardboard and many other sheet materials up to 1250 mm wide and 0.3 to 1.2 mm thick (except stainless steel). The automatic line of longitudinal and transverse dissolution APPR/9 in the basic configuration has 9 pairs of longitudinal knives with a width of 10 mm. At the request of the customer, there can be more longitudinal knives (max up to 30 pairs*). The required distance between the knives is set by spacer bushings (two half rings with a lock), the minimum cutting width is 20 mm. The delivery package includes up to 150 pairs of spacer bushings of various widths.

The line is designed for transverse cutting of rolls or sheets made of: steel, galvanized steel, copper, aluminum, paper, cardboard and many other sheet materials up to 1250 mm wide and 0.3 to 1.2 mm thick (excluding stainless steel up to 0.6 mm*). An important characteristic of the equipment for transverse metal cutting is the presence of two pairs of synchronized shafts. The metal rubberized shafts ensure the uniform laying of the protective film by the laminating device, the supply of material to the cutting zone and the dropping of the tape from the roll-up machine if the line is paired with it. Next, there is a guillotine with a hydraulic drive for transverse trimming of workpieces. The line is equipped with an encoder for measuring the length of a sheet and a control cabinet on a remote stand with an eleven-inch touchscreen display and a Russified interface.

The slitting machine is designed for fast dissolution of sheet and rolled metal into strips of various widths and lengths. The machines are available in two models: mechanical slitting machine PR3 with manual drive and electromechanical slitting machine PR9 with electromechanical drive. The electromechanical slitting machine is designed to work with such sheet materials as galvanized steel, copper, aluminum, paper, cardboard, PVC and many others, with a blank width up to 1250 mm and a thickness up to 1.5 mm inclusive.
